    Hello I have a paid subscription but I am unable to download GD social importer. Is there a reason for this.

    Hi Erik,

    Are you getting any errors when you click on the “Social Importer” link in “Your Account” section? I’ve tried it and it works on my end.

    Hi,

    before buying the membership you tried to buy the social importer only and abandoned the transaction, that was creating conflict.

    I cancelled the abandoned transaction and now it should work.
