Hi. I keep getting the following error and cannot access the dummy data on my site.
“Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”

I have reset the site and reloaded all the themes and plugins. I have also made sure the permalink setting is correct.

    Help will be much appreciated.

    Hi,

it looks like it’s not saving custom fields in the GD database table.

Did you run that plugin to reset the database? If yes, probably it deleted the GD tables.

Please provide phpmyadmin/cpanel credentials and we’ll have a look.

    Hi,

I created a new database and reinstalled wordpress.
Did everything as a fresh new install but the error is the same as before.

Do you require the sql database login?
What other information do you require?

We need to access your database via phpmyadmin or cpanel.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Thanks for the info, please try setting it up now, u will need to add a api key and a dafaly place, then you can add some dummy data. The problem was a limitation with the type of DB, we have already fixed it and the fix will be in the next release, i applied the fix to your site.

If you have any further questions just ask.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi guys,

Thanks so much for the help.
You guys are awesome. I will play around with the site and populate it with real data.

Will purchase the multi location one when I’m fully up and running.

    Regards
    Yash
