How do I get past events to disappear after the event is done?

    Hi Kerry,

By default, an event will be set as draft when it expires.

    thanks

    Hi,

event end date and event expiration are 2 separate things.

Once an event is past it will not show in maps and upcoming events. But it will still be visible if someone knows the URL for example or if they filter event by ALL or Past.

    Thanks

Thanks for the info. What do I do when that does not happen? It does work on one page. It does not expire on the bottom or side of page or on a page I created with shortcodes.

Make sure you are filtering and sorting them by upcoming.

Let us know if that’s the problem.

    Thanks

This is what I am using on the page I created.

    [gd_event_listing layout=3 post_number=4 listing_width=100 list_sort=upcoming list_filter]

    [gd_event_listing layout=5 post_number=10 list_sort=upcoming list_filter]

    —-
Fixing the filter DID correct the side and bottom upcoming. The problem now is just with the page I created.

The list_filter parameter should have the upcoming option too. You should never have a parameter without options.
    Example:

    [gd_event_listing layout=5 post_number=5 list_sort=upcoming list_filter=upcoming]

    Thanks
