Payment Manager v2 Won't Install

    Hi we followed your Payment Manager v2 set up instructions- installed WP Easy Updates, and then tried to install the v2 plugin. We get the ‘location/folder already exist’s error. So we tried deleting the PM v 1.4.x and the deletion failed and we got a huge page of code inside the plugins manager. How do we update to v2?
