    Dear Support

We notice that the header of our site, https://www.mountainbikingbc.ca/ can be blocked by ad blocker from the browser. It seems that it is related to Gd Booster plugin. We can’t turn off GD Booster as this will cause the entire header to disappear. Can you please take a look and let us know how ad blocker from browser will not block our header? This is important as the navigation is sitting within the header.

    Thank you

    Karen

    Hi,

please provide admin credentials and a developer will have a look. Disabling GD Booster should remove your header though. Please try to clear GD Booster cache after deactivating it.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

That’s really strange, I asked to the developers to have a look.

    They’ll let you know asap.

    Thanks

    Hi Karen,

It seems there is a conflicts between jQuery javascripts. Your site includes two jQuery javascripts with two different version. One is of v1.12.4 – https://www.mountainbikingbc.ca/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4 which is included via WP and other one is of v1.4.3 – https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.3/jquery.min.js which is i guess included by theme or via any custom code.
I seen JS errors (see attachment) when disabled GD Booster plugin.

I suspect this may be the reason. Let us provide FTP details so we can look into more.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
