Epic 404 _ Article not found

I have searched here to try and resolve and I dont seem to be able to get it to work.

i get the epic message when i try to use social import from facebook.

i have refreshed token!
located address on map and made sure is was correct!

All versions and install updates up to date.

Please help.

p.s. i have been trying different themes with gd to see what i am happy with prior to launching so i may have messed up settings along the way. im at the point to fresh install everything but dont know how to do that either without loosing all the work and settings i have done up until now.

was planning on launching in a couple weeks and it looks like that may not be possible.
