One Event for multiple places who paid for

Hi there, we wanted to create central events per region and customers in the region can participate in them for a small fee. Moreover, we’d like to define maps for each of these events with all participants in it. Is that possible or do we have to customize a new table and add-on for that? Are there any hooks we can use for that?

Example:
New event in August 2017 in the region of Munich. Existing and new participants can register for. Therefore they are paying 10 € and are getting an entry in a new map for August 2017 which will last until the event is over.
