Map Not Showing On GD Home page

    Hi,

    I have just installed Geo Directory on my staging site, along with the GD dummy data so I can familiarize myself with how the plugin works.

    See here: http://aopi.staging.wpengine.com/gd-home/

    I am unable to get the Map to show up on this page. I have tried to troubleshoot the issue by…

    – Checking my Google Maps API Key is working (it is)
    – Checking my Default Location
    – Deactivating all my plugins and my theme to see if this was causing the issue.
    – Deactivating my theme.

    None of the above worked. Can you offer any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    please go to Design > Map and make sure you are not hiding the default CPT and all its categories.

    THANK YOU! The ‘Place’ was ticked under ‘Show/Hide Post Type and Category on Map’.

    Unselected this and everything works as it should now. Rookie error!
