    I tried to get help with these two things a couple months ago but the responses didn’t make sense to me. I added Poedit and that did not help. I went to WP for help and they tried a few things but couldn’t help either. I wasn’t ready to publish so I put it off. I am now ready to go live and hope you can help me with some simple CSS.

    1) How to change spelling of Enquiry In US it is spelt with an I. I tried poedit and WP worked on it too. Still it is spelt with an “E.” If this can not be changed can I have the word removed and just leave an email envelope symbol? Or can I change the word Enquiry to Message?

    2) On the ADD LISTING page, under ENTER LISTING DETAILS, it ask for TITLE. I want to change the word TITLE to COMPANY.

    I now moved the language file to the correct folder: /public_html/wp-content/languages/plugins as explained at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/

    I corrected the file, because extra entries had been added, rather than existing ones translated.

    I de-activated the Endurance Cache from your host, but in the end it still is not working.

    I’ll get one of the developers to have a closer look.

    Yes, I already changed “Title” to “Company” as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/can-i-change-place-title-and-place-description/ but it is not taking effect for the same reason as the other translations.

    I have seen this a few times, there seems to be a site language bug sometimes that means translations dont work, sometimes you need to go to general setting and change language to a new one and then back to your main language before it works, this seemed to be the case here as it started working after that.

    kerry, you should have seen how nuts it drove me when i fist came across the bug, i spent hours digging into the WordPress code, i’m glad it only takes me a few seconds now when i see it 🙂
