We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi guys, we purchased location manager license and are running on 1.5.2

    Have a couple of general questions:

    1. I need to update it to 1.5.5 but can’t find any documentation how to do this. (A bit afraid just to delete it and install a new version). Please let me know how to do it or where to find documentation.

    2. When I try to login to forum specific to Location Manager (Multilocations Add-on support ) it says that I need to purchase membership. I was under impression that support does not expire. Am I wrng in this regard?

    You will need to add this plugin: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/

    Then add your license if not added already, and you should get an update button.

    I’ll get someone to check your forum access.

    Hi Elijah,

    you should be able to visit the forum, there must be a glitch in our system. I asked to Stiofan to follow up.

    You should be able to access the forums now, your licence was never activated on a site so it was not letting you view yet.
