social importer errors

    Hi,

    I am having trouble getting social importer working.

    I have tried putting a number instead of the url for the facebook app id

    I have put the secret in but I get the error that it can’t be longer than 32 characters. I only get this error when I have the facebook app id as the url. When I replace the url with numbers I get a facebook error that says they are working on that.

    I have select page disabled

    Can you help?

    When setting up FB social importer at GD > Social Importer > Facebook, you do not need any URLs at all. Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook

    We can have a look at your GD settings if you post your WP admin details in a private reply, but we cannot review your Facebook developer acccount settings.

    Hi, this is the new error message I am getting:

    Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

    I put the main domain of the site in.

    Can you help?

    That suggests you have not completed steps 6 or 8 of https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook

    Hello,

    Facebook changed things that affect new apps only.

    I have added steps 10,11 and 12 here:

    I also released a update but the only real purpose of the update is to give the users the exact url that must be entered in the facebook app.
