Problem Translating "Title" to "Name"

    I have read a few instructional guides that say the way to change “Title” on the add listing page to “Name” is to add a translation file but I must be missing something as I can’t get it to work. Can anyone advise/assist?

    The file you created was not created with PoEdit it seems.
    I now created the file correctly and placed it in the correct folder as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/

    And translated Title to Name as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/can-i-change-place-title-and-place-description/

    Ok, I was copying and pasting the contents of the poedit file into a new file I created on the server which is where the error must have been happening. (In case anyone else is making the same mistake)

    You’re welcome.
    You just have to upload the files, that Poedit creates on your local machine.
    I’ll set this to resolved.
