    Greetings,

    I am building a social site for filmmakers. I’m looking for a way to categorize and display female and male actor’s listings on a searchable page by gender. Is this possible with GeoDirectory or is there a better way to do that?

    Hi Richard,

    Yes, you can build any directory with GD, you would just add a custom field for gender and with the advanced search addon you will be able to filter my gender.

    Will the filmmakers be adding their own profile or you will be adding many filmmakers that are not present? If the people will be making their own profiles and you might want to look at https://userswp.io/
