Unable to post

Hello. I’ve been unable to get a Yelp ID because I keep getting the message “Yelp is overworked.” This is not your issue I understand, but just so you’re aware.

I have a facebook ID and secret key, but still can’t post. When I go in to try to do it, it says admin must enable this feature from the back end. I’m also unable to “connect the app” and post to facebook when a new listing is made. And my menu is screwed up, presenting vertically and illegible rather than horizontally (not sure what’s supposed to be on the menu) for “Enable post type for Post To Facebook.”
