    Hello

automatic payments with paypal do not work.

When the expiration date arrives it is set to “draft”, as we configured it in the attached image 1.

Nor do the referral payments remain “pending”, attached image 2.

It should be all automatic, right?

We have done a lot of testing to reach this conclusion, can you help us? will we be doing something wrong ourselves?

    Muchas gracias

    Thank you very much

Have any listings been added from the frontend, and has a user accepted a recurring package?
Unless a user agrees with PayPal (not with your site) to pay automatically from PayPal to you after 90 days, nothing will be automated. The automation needs to be setup at PayPal as a result of the user buying a recurring listing from you on the frontend.

If a user has bought a recurring listing from you on the frontend, but later cancels the agreement in PayPal then the listing will go to draft.

    Thanks

Thank you very much for letting Guust know!

    ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS:

1.-Have any listings been added from the frontend, and has a user accepted a recurring package?

    ANSWER: IT IS RIGHT

2.- Unless a user agrees with PayPal (not with your site) to pay automatically from PayPal to you after 90 days, nothing will be automated. The automation needs to be setup at PayPal as a result of the user buying a recurring listing from you on the frontend.

ANSWER: I UNDERSTAND, WE HAVE TAKEN TESTS FROM frontend

3.- If a user has bought a recurring listing from you on the frontend, but later cancels the agreement in PayPal then the listing will go to draft.

ANSWER: IN THE TESTS WE HAVE NOT CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION IN PAYPAL ….

We need to inaugurate the portal, the functioning of the payment correctly is vital, would be so kind to watch what happens ?.

    Many thanks!!
