Posts Not Loading

The posts aren’t loading properly on our website. They display on the front page of the directory (although the map doesn’t load which is a separate issue) while the links are “live” clicking any of them brings up an error 404 page. Is there a setting that I have missed that needs to be adjusted for the links to be working correctly?
