at first i noticed wordpress said that i needed a product key to update. well i bought the four month plan to make sure that it was what i was looking for. that was august 30th. I sign in to my geo directory and it says inactive and that i need to update my card.

i have the invoice where it said transaction completed and i also have proof on my bank account where it was taken out. Please help!

The inactive status you see under past purchases/licences just means you have not activated the licences on any sites yet 🙂
