My website logo is overlapping the “search” section in home page when I open website on mobile (safari & google chrome browsers). Can you please take a look and let me know how do we fix that? See attached screenshots
Thanks
October 12, 2017 at 6:26 pm #400283It looks like you are displaying some text, there, too, but that the logo is not actually overlapping with the search box.
How would you like it to look instead of what you have now?
Please reply with wp-admin login in case we need to take a look.
October 12, 2017 at 8:00 pm #400305Hi Alex,
Issue #1
I mean to say overlapping the text, not the search box, sorry. But the text is part of the theme, you can actually have that text in there. So, the logo is overlapping the text that is above of the search box.
It would be nice to have the logo on top of that text, centralized. I think thats what the theme developer was trying to do but logo is a little too low and is hitting that text.
Also, I just found out another theme responsive issue.
Issue #2
Once you click the menu, you will see “About Us” option. If you click on “about us” it won’t display the “about us” page. Its showing a parent “Download” that was added by us, which is correctly, but not a page displaying the “about us” info
I think the best way to understand its setting is too access the page thru a computer first them make the comparison, pls see attachments.
Login info in the next message.
Thanks

Please check all pages that have sub item. I think if a page have a sub item, it will present that same issue as issue #2. I did not check all pages before, just notice now, I should check all other pages, sorry.

AndrewOctober 13, 2017 at 6:25 am #400367Hello!
#1 has been fixed and is working as expected. I don’t see any problems with logo overlap or inaccessible menu items.
#2 is on our list, and we will get to it as soon as possible, we know it is an issue and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
October 13, 2017 at 1:27 pm #400459Hello,
#1 Yes, I already checked and its showing CORRECT now.
#2 Please, let me know as soon as you fix it so I can test it too
Thanks
October 13, 2017 at 1:29 pm #400461Hi Andrew,
I’m checking #2.
Give me some time.

October 13, 2017 at 2:26 pm #400486Hi Andrew,

October 16, 2017 at 6:30 pm #400948Hi guys,
Any word on that issue? In case if you check back the menu in my website, just to let you know that I created a empty label, no url behind, to mask that issue, which is NOT the ideal for me! It is just temporary until you guys fix it, ok?
Waiting on your fix!
October 17, 2017 at 2:38 am #401035That’s a good temporary fix, though, for now.
Specifically, your each parent menu item, create a child underneath it with the same link.
October 17, 2017 at 2:50 am #401039Yes, I think it was a good trick but we shouldn’t give up on the theme fix, please???
Thanks
October 17, 2017 at 10:17 am #401088We use this script which has the same problem: http://mmenu.frebsite.nl/examples.html
We need to write a custom JS fix patch for it if the author does not have a solution, we will let you know when done. Thanks,
Stiofan
October 17, 2017 at 1:26 pm #401133Since I have been waiting for awhile, is that possible to get a solution in the next 24 hours?
Why we don’t hire someone to fix that instead to post issue in a public forum? You know, there are live websites out there, just like mine, with that same issue. It just create confusion for our customers perhaps affecting site’s credibility? Just saying….
