How Do I post Private Reply??

Hi I put a support ticket out yesterday and someone named Alex replied. I tried his suggestions and nothing worked. He said to private message him with login info if that was the case, but I can’t see anywhere to send a private message to him. HELP. Thanks!!

After your initial post, any post after that can be marked as a private post.

At the bottom of the post screen there is a check box that reads, “Set as private reply”.
