Unable to add categories to places

Hi,
For some reason I can no longer see the option to add a category to existing places, nor can I add categories to new places that I am adding. Nothing has been added or changed to the site. I have also turned off all plugins. Can you advise please

Please post your URL and WP admin details so we can check your settings.
Also add a link to the page where you have that error. Thanks
