    If you select the location from the drop down it searches within the location. If you don’t select the location, it searches around the location. Make sure in GeoDirectory > Search that the radius is large enough.

    Hello!

    There is a problem with your permalink settings. Find the setting where you have configure “find-practictioner” as the slug. Your base slug is practitioner, so the switcher should be redirecting there, too.

    Try using the switcher on a GD Page, instead of a basic page.

    The location switcher cannot link to search result pages.

    Your GeoDirectory >> Parmalinks settings appear to be still wrong.
