Error trying to update payment method

    It looks like our account didn’t automatically renew and when I try to enter an updated payment method in the subscription section, I get an error message:
    Error: xxx does not have a subscription with ID xxx I replaced the customer ID info with “xxx” since I don’t know if that is private or sensitive info.

    The link worked going through a Paypal account. If I want to change that from Paypal to my direct credit card in the future, will that be a problem? Thanks.

    Hi Karin,

    I’m glad that worked!
    In future if you want to use a debit/credit card you can select stripe at checkout.
