What is the server address and port number? I can’t seem to connect to the server via FTP.
(FTP is needed to check the error log and fix the problem)

If you don’t have FTP a hosting control panel login would most likely do.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

You have over 6k place categories (seems crazy) with WPE object caching this seems to be causing a problem where the caching is failing because the query for all the categories is too long. I have disabled the WPE query cache for now and it seems to work, but i have to ask, do you need all those categories?

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

No I don’t – is there an easy way to delete them?

on the categories page go to “Screen options” (top right) > Number of items per page:: set this to something like 300 and then use the bulk delete, you also might want to order it by count so you start with the empty cats.
