renewal ?

    Please confirm that people who sign up for the auto-renewal option do NOT get any renewal emails?

    They do get a renewal email,prior to charging them.

    thanks but this is a different question. This one is related to auto-renewal email and the one in the other thread is about not sending to a particular custom post type, not to do with auto renewals.

    Is there a way to turn off renewal emails for auto-renewal people ? It doesn’t make senes tthat they get the same reminder email 30 days, 1 days, 7 days prior etc if it is coming out of their account automatically?

    No, there is not an easy way to disable renewal emails.
