Hide link to Account/Listings page for certain member role

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    For our site, we are not allowing anyone to submit listings. We want to charge for this, so only paid subscribers can claim and make listings.

    We also have normal users register on the site, like for leaving reviews. We use Theme My Login for normal users to register and login. We are hoping to use Paid Memberships Pro to charge for the listing owners.

    But once normal users login there is an Account link that goes to a page for Listings. Well, they dont need that page. How can we hide it for Subscribers?

    Also, they do need a page to change password and other details, but there is no link to a profile edit page, where is that? If there is not one, how can I add a custom link into the Account menu?

    If you use a membership plugin, that should come with the options for passwords, hiding pages etc. A membership plugin usually takes over the registration and user functions, so I suggest you install that so you can see how that works, and seek support from them for anything membership related.

    We are using Ultimate Member now. TML had some issues, and Ultimate Member is working like a charm, its great. We also added Paid Memberships pro, that seems to be working well with Geodirectory too.

    The issue I had though was GeoDirectory adding the Account menu, which linked to other pages. I have now managed to remove it. But my mind has gone blank how I removed it! Instead I added in custom menu links to the menu.

    So its OK now. Wish I could remember how I removed the Geo Directory Account menu though.
