    I have a problem uploading additional images to an existing listing. When I try to do this the new image appears on the right-hand side panel OK (“Drop files to upload”) but any existing images against this listing before this upload (at least one, often more) disappears. In other scenarios, the new image appears on the right-hand side panel, but when saving the page the new images has gone and one or more existing image disappears also. Any idea how to correct?

    Wordpress: 4.9
    GeoDirectory 1.6.4

    I should add that the theme used is a custom made one and that I was advised against updating this plugin as no additional features were needed. I have cache plugin which is currently disabled until I can find a solution to the problem above. I also have Wordfence installed.

    Hi Graham,

    I’m able to replicate the said issue while trying to insert additional images into a listing. Before I forward this to a developer, could you please try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it helps?

    Sorry but FTP details still not working, it says “530 Login authentication failed”.

    I found that you are using too old version of GeoDirectory & GeoDirectory plugins. It seems you have not updated these plugins are not updated since long time.

    Your site is running with GeoDirectory v1.6.4 instead of current v1.6.25, GeoDirectory Custom Post Types v1.2.9 instead of current v1.3.6, GeoDirectory Location Manager v1.4.3 instead of current v1.5.62, GeoDirectory Payment Manager v1.4.4 instead of current v2.0.33.

    Please update these plugins and check if it solving the problem or not. If you still have a problem after updates, then let us provide working FTP details, we will assist you more.
