Allowed Catagorys not being removed when package is changed.

    We have 2 packages on our site, one that is free and one that is paid. We have the free package set to only allow 1 category while the paid package allows unlimited. When a paid package listing expires it automatically downgrades to the free package which should only have one category but all categories which were selected when at the paid level stay active when the listing is downgraded. How can we fix?
