Unable to add photo

I have a client who has been unable to add her photos to our directory (others have done it fine). I offered to put the photos up for her but when I upload them via the dashboard I get a http error. Please can you help me with this?
Screen shot attached of the error i’m getting. She has managed to upload one image.

That is most likely due to the size of the image and the memory limit of your site.

Thank you, I contacted my host and they increased the memory and it has now worked.
