Theme Choices

I think that instead of starting from scratch with the Geo Framewrork theme, I think I should use the Supreme Directory themes.

Please tell me if I am correct in understanding this:
1) the Geodirectory Framework theme is a base for creating a theme from the ground up
2) the Whoop theme is your fully devloped theme with lots of goodies. It’s built on top of the Geodirectory Framework theme
3) Directory Starter is an very basic theme for people that don’t need much and want simplicity
4) You have 3 Genesis themes which require understanding and installation of the Genesis framework
5) the Supreme Directory theme is an easy-to-configure them. It’s also built the Geodirectory Framework theme. You recommend using BeaverBuilder to create the various pages that run the site (that’s great because I LOVE Beaverbuilder) So to configure the site to I what I want , I should make a child of Supreme Directory and edit the pages.
