remove and change custom fileds

first, I’d like to remove the mention : “Indicates mandatory fields” on “add a place” page. I don’t know where to do it.

Then, I’d like to change or remove some predefined fields like “place title” or “place description” on add page. I don’t see them on my dashboard, place settings, custom fields.
