I have mentioned before that one of our Post-Types has over 30 fields and growing.

How can we make both the detail page and the actual listing look a little more appealing, rather than line after line of just black/grey type?

Can you give us a few links and more info?

I suggest to group all your extra fields by using more than one extra field set.
Also remove most if not all from the listing page and only leave on the detail page.
On the detail page you can then choose to only add to the sidebar or also to the tabs.
Last but not least, tweak your CSS.

Have a look here for the basic idea:

Here is a bit more using different styling as well:

Thanks again, I plan on adding the extra field sets when I figure out how to logically group them.

The tabs are so light I never noticed them until you mentioned it. I will definitely have to spice up the css so these tabs and other things are more noticeable.

Now, my question is, I don’t see a way to direct the info to the “more info” area
    or to leave it out.

To add/remove a custom field to the More Info tab: set Show On Detail Page to yes/no
To add/remove a custom field to the Sidebar: set Show In Sidebar to yes/no
To add/remove a custom field to Listings pages: set Show On Listing Page to yes/no

You can have any combination you like.

Also, Thanks for the examples, it helps alot when we don’t have to reinvent the wheel after seeing how someone else did something.

Where did you get the super small icons that you used for swimming pool and pets allowed?
