Renew but for longher?

Sorry if not in the right place.

Just have my licence key renewal due. As I have had 4 months previously it is only showing me the option to renew for the same duration. This time I would like to renew for a full 12 months so could you advise how I renew the existing licence key, support etc but change the checkout to show the longer period.

Hi Cheryl,

The different times are different products so they will give you new keys unless you use the same time frame. Your best bet is to just buy a new 12 month package.
