Change Name of "Popular Places and Popular Categories"

    Hi,

    I’d like to change the name of Popular Places to “Stories” and Popular Categories to Categories.

    Please advise. Using Kleo theme..

    Lastest places would then be latest stories

    Last posting.

    This page used to show map markers with previews below of the places. I deleted all of the places, bought the plugin…Now see there is a very faint switcher between Places and Stories (custom post type we created)

    With that, we created stories under story…and the previews are not showing up under directory…only mapmarkers

    This truly is the last post. I fixed the issue..The previews are now showing up.

    Last question. I only wan to show Stories and Not “Places” How can I remove Places from the gray bar on the below the map?

    You can adjust what shows on your map in two ways:

    First visit GD > Design > Map and choose what to exclude.

    Then, you can set the default CPT (Stories) by ranking it within GD > Custom Post Types > Edit (Stories) > Advanced > Order in post type list (set to one)

    Then do that again for the other CPT and set that one to 9

    Edit each post type and make stories closer to 1 than other CPTs

    Whichever plugin is generating the profile, the text would be in that plugin or the GD integration for that plugin, if it is two plugins.

    Hi Alex,

    Just an update on my end. To change listings from the profile tab one needs to go to the language file in the GD plugin and update it. There were nearly 100 hundered instances of the word stories and I missed a few..It works now when you update the english language in the po file
