Doesn't send email password for new user when registered

    I have a new subscriber, he sign up/register but no default password was sent to his email for future use.

    Please help….. Thanks in advance.

    Thank you Alex,

    My problem right now is the user doesn’t receive any password from admins email. I’m checking other scenario and I think my admin email doesn’t send out any outbound emails.

    That could be the case.

    You can install the email log plugin to get a record of your emails. If you find an issue, let us know what it is and we can advise.

    Your copy of the email, the admin bcc copy, will not contain the password. It isn’t really a copy, in that way.

    When you register, what happens?
