Welcome to the forum. There are a couple possible causes for such an issue.
Check to make sure you have assigned pages for all your settings at GD > Permalinks
Check to make sure, if your directory covers more than one city, that you are using the full location in the URL.

Once you have adjusted those settings, you can visit and save your settings at WP > Settings > Permalinks
