Redirect function when clicking on Claim listing link

Hello. I want to use a custom login and registration form. It is working well but..

When someone goes to claim listing by clicking on “Business Owner links” it is redirecting them to the default GD login / register page.

How do I change this function to just go to /login? or /register?
