We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello,
    all of the forms on my site work great except for the Website Enquiry Form created by the Geodirectory plugin. The email log indicates that the form has been sent but the receiving email does not receive it (not in the spam folder). The Website Enquiry – ADMIN BCC COPY works great as well.

    Do you have any ideas? I tried using SMTP plugins but they did not work.

    I am guessing your host [GoDaddy?] is killing the email being sent, because it has a very generic subject like “Website Enquiry”. Change the subject to something more unique at GD > Notifications > Other Emails tab > Email enquiry
