    Moderators are GD staff, correct.

    Replies in Addon forums are usually not public, but are restricted to members who have a valid license for the product.

    To the extent posts are public, they allow people to search for answers and learn from others.

    If you want personal and private support, you can hire a developer from https://geodirectoryexperts.com/ if you like.

    Unfortunately I understand private option but thank you for taking the time to explain.

    It’s not private enough for me 🙁 people see my orig post topic, name and number of posts…but that’s just me!!! I just think if I’m paying for support there should be a way that my support request be private….otherwise it’s a forum. In which case your charging for something you should provide anyway. Yes you respond quickly and with answers (better than most forums) but it’s a forum. I’m sure it works for some…just doesn’t work for me. I’m all for sharing and helping others….I’ve just started a new site for that purpose but not when I’m paying for support. I wrongly assumed it would be included.
