Why show certain upgrade options?

    When upgrading a listing, why do some of the options still show? If I already have package 2 out of 4, why show me package 2 when I already have that package? Shouldn’t it just show me what I’m able to upgrade to (3 & 4), and not what I already have? It also shows me packages lower than what I have. I suppose some might want to downgrade, so this make a little more sense, but still not sure it should be there.
