I watched your video and inspected the site at mobile resolution.

There is an error from the gmaps api about the touch listener.

I will flag this for the developers to take a look, as it may be there is a setting we can change to avoid triggering the issue.

It seems to be something in the head of the page, not sure if its theme or plugin that is adding it:
