Images Disappeared and Profile Content Cut Short

    Hello

    We are not sure of when this happened but we suddenly noticed that on the listing detail pages, the text under the profile tabs have been cut off.
    All the images under the image tabs have also disappeared. Some tabs like video, special offers, Affiliation, etc also completely disappeared.
    When we checked the listing in the backend, the profile text and images are intact. Somehow, they are not being properly displayed in the frontend.

    We disabled all the plugins and discovered the problem is caused by the GeoDirectory Payment Manager. We are using the lastest version of the plugin. Currently, we have to keep the plugin disabled to display the listing properly. How can we fix this and enable the plugin?

    I am guessing you changed a price package after adding the listings, and in the package for those listings you have limited the description, images, video etc.

    Post your WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check anything.

    You de-activated the Payment Manager. So all listings went to the default package I guess.
    Re-activate the Payment Manager, and let us know how you went.

    We deactivated the payment manager because when it is enabled, the reported problems show up.
    Without any fix, the problem will return. Is that what you are suggesting?

    The fix is most likely in your Price packages.

    The listing is set as a Free Price Package:
    * max 300 characters in the description.
    * zero images allowed,
    * video, special offers, Affiliation, etc not allowed
    so it is behaving exactly as requested by your setup.

    so like I said before, I am guessing you changed a price package after adding the listings, and in the package for those listings you have limited the description, images, video etc.

    Or you changed the price package for the listing from Premium to Free.
