Hi!! I am trying to find some parts of the webtsite in the spanish .po file I downloaded from the translating project, but I cannot. For example, in the “Add listing” page I would like to translate as I mark in the attached images.
Thanks for your answers in forward.
Best regards!!

April 11, 2018 at 5:28 am #425923Hi Alex!!
Yes! I am trying to find some parts of the webpage in the .po file translated to the Spanish language using the PoEdit. For example, I want to change some parts in the add listing page, when it says “Título de Profesional” I want to say “Nombre del Profesional”, but when I search Título de Profesional, or even Profesional, in the .po file I am using (again, the translated one I took from the GD translating forum), I cannot find it at the results.
Thanks so much for your help!!
April 11, 2018 at 6:30 am #425933Hi Sergio,
Let’s do this one at the time. If you wish to translate “Título de Profesional” , you’ll have to refer to this article https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-place-and-places/ . Which part of the article you do not understand?
Thanks!
April 12, 2018 at 6:07 am #426175Hi Kor!
I’ve followed step by step the guide to replace %s Title for %s Nombre del in the .po file. I found it and I changed it, but still not changing in the website. I’ve changed other parts in the Add Listing page, and it worked properly, but not with the %s Title or %s Description.
I tried also using the CPT, but there is no option (or at least I don’s find it) for modify those words.
Is there another way to do it?

I am unable to view the site. Please let us know when it is back online.
You can translate those strings at GD – Place Settings – Custom Fields
Please send FTP information in case we need to check the POEdit translation files.

I just checked your FTP for your language folder and there are no language files for geodirectory.
You can translate the strings for Title and Description in the core plugin by following the instructions here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
You have several other language files there in the folder already, so, looks like you are on the right track.
