    Second column does not have a field name.
    Character coding is Vietnamese, might be a problem.
    Start with one listing to get it working, or add one in the backend, then export the CSV and use that file.

    you also changed the name of the 1st column heading to : biz_name

    Heading MUST be exactly the same as in the sample file.
