Mail identification problem

    As you can see in the picture, I can not get the activation mail. I have tried wp mail smtp etc extensions, None helped. therefore the communication form does not work. and the members can not get the messages sent to them, so the notification mail does not go to them. please help me.

    Please install the email log plugin to track which emails are being created by WordPress.

    In this forum we can provide support for Geodirectory related issues.

    About 95% of email related issues, if the email is created but you are not receiving it, these are host related.

    If you are bypassing your host with other plugins like SMTP you will need to contact either your host or the provider of the plugins.

    We can help with an issue where, if email log is installed, and for example a Send Enquiry email is not being created, we can find the bug in Geodirectory.
