Location Switcher is Off Screen

I just noticed the location switcher off screen again. This happened a few days ago but I wasn’t sure what caused it, if I could recreate it, or if it would happen again.

Today I have a lot of traffic on my site and some people joining. So, it prompted me to click their listings. I happened to click on the category link for a random listing, the category link in the listing sidebar. When you click the category link in the sidebar it brings you to the city the listing is located automatically (I would actually like to disable this somehow and just show all in that category, please advise how I may do this).

When I landed on this URL https://veganlinked.com/services/united-states/north-carolina/asheville/copywriting/ and I hovered over location switcher the drop down is outside the browser window.
