License keys not working – buddypress and custom google maps

I just purchased the 2 plugins like on the 2nd of this month and when i go to add the license key you have provided it says invalid. Please help.

Hi Amina,

Thanks for your reply. Could you please try deactivating and activating the plugin and see if it helps? If not, kindly share your WP admin access along with your license keys in private reply.

Did you input one at a time and click activate before entering the second?

I’d try that if you didn’t.
