Featured image not saved/displayed

    Hi,

    My featured images for places don’t get save resp. are always empty after saving.
    Is this a know bug or does anybody have an idea?

    Hello,

    Images should be uploaded through the Images field. The first image listed will be set as the featured image by Geodirectory.

    You can do this through the frontend or backend editor.

    Images loaded through the media library will not be used as the featured image for listings.

    If there is still a problem, we can check it out for you. Just send over the following info:

    WordPress Credentials
    WP Admin Login URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    FTP Credentials
    FTP Host:
    FTP Port:
    FTP User:
    FTP Password:

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for answering. I uploaded the image through the corresponding function in the sidebar when editing a place. I assume that’s the correct place to add it?

    I’m sending over the credentials in the next reply.
