Is it possible to move the custom post types in the search to be a tab instead of a dropdown like in the attachment, and if, how?

Is it also possible to create a new search critieria, like prices (also indicated in the picture)?

That would require some customization, which is outside support.

Is it also possible to create a new search critieria, like prices (also indicated in the picture)?
