Tag limit not characters, but tags

Hi, I’m still testing Geodirectory and it’s proving good so far compared to some others.
On the tag character limit, I would prefer to have a limit of tags rather than characters, so for example I could limit a post to 2 tags, and other to 10 tags, rather than restrict the number of characters which could prove problematic if some tags had a lot of characters in.

Is this possible? Thank you
