    Hi,

it can be made compatible with any theme, but it’s not out of the box compatible with any theme, especially those who provide complex templates, like this Pravda-Theme for example.

If you provide wp admin credentials I’ll have a look at how complex it is. Almost everything can be done via GeoDirectory >> Theme Compatibility.

    hi,

this is really the best we could do with that theme. It’s really not a good match for GeoDirectory.

We are now fininshing fixing the location switcher, which you must have somewhere if you have multilocations enabled.

I’ve also removed your default location which was an empty-fake location that was breaking the system. I assigned Geneva for now.

You also had all add-ons out dated. We updated them for you, make sure to keep all add-ons always updated or they won’t work correctly with the latest version of GD.

    Thanks

1 more thing, w3 total cache is not compatible 100% with GD, I’ve disabled it for you.

    Thanks

1 more thing, the top menu of the theme doesn’t accept submenus, so you can’t place the location switcher there. You must put it in the main menu, but it will result in too many menu items.

You can alternatively move it into a sidebar too.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

regarding: June 24, 2015 at 3:38 pm: the switcher would be ideal in this case in the head of the rigth sidebar of “Listing” page, above the map. Why is the location switcher not on my other site (www.cigartworld.com) i am using GD, too? (Question; why not on the right side of search widgt?)

regarding: June 24, 2015 at 3:33 pm: w3 total Cache worked well before, and cachify does not work with the theme. Does GD Booster only cache GD reagrding dates or all?

regarding June 24, 2015 at 3:30 pm: Auto update is configured in GD – could not find >> autoupdate settings page.

Thx for all the Support you did yet!

    regards, Hans

    1) you can put it everywhere with this shortcode :

    [gd_location_tab_switcher]

    More info here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/

If you have multilocation installed on http://www.cigartworld.com you must add the location switcher somewhere or your users could get stuck in a location without being able to change to anywhere else.

    2) W3 total cache is good for a static website or a blog, but if you make it cache a complex application like GD it will create problems. GD Booster will cache everything, not just GD elements.

    3) See image attached and add username and password used to access this forum.

    Thanks

    3) Make sure to enter the password again, because it wasn’t set yesterday. I input your username there.

Probably you are locked in Munich, do you see Munich highlighted in blue in the near field of the seaarch form?

If yes, that’s exactly why you should have the location switcher.

To go back to everywhere or change to a different city.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

best solution would be same as http://www.cigartworld.com where all search functions are working (i beleive everywhere function); yes, the field ab http://www.neueuhren.de 1)st was blue, and now is green – and there are no Pins shown in the map. The main map when starting seems to be shown 3 times side by side…

    Hi,

with MultiLocation add-on the location switcher MUST be used. There is no alternative way.

The map is like that because of the zoom seeting used in the the widget, simply reduce it or use the autozoom.

    Thanks

Sorry Paolo, but on my other site http://www.cigartworld.com MultiLocation is installed and running without the Location switcher – why? Otherwise: why can´t ethe switcher be placed with widget, i.e. right side of the search field or below the map? Or ahead the search result?

    Thx, Hans
